Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods such as holiday sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or peak seasonal volume. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at support@luminaehome.store and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow 2–4 business days after dispatch for tracking events to appear.

Address Changes & Cancellations

We can update your shipping address or cancel your order only before it has been fulfilled — usually within 12 hours of ordering. Email support@luminaehome.store as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout may be reshipped at the customer's expense, or refunded minus original shipping costs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Customs processing may also add to delivery times.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
